Mobile Order Management (MOM) system of tracking depot pick-ups and shipments under the MMBC program will be replaced with an updated version entitled MOM 2.0. The transition in the coming months to an updated electronic scanning and authorization system will improve the quality of collection data and reduce the possibility of errors on collector reports.
The Mobile Order Management (MOM) version 2 was developed to enhance the user experience and reduce user errors. The mobility user interface screens were redesigned with a focus on the driver and facility relationship using technology. New logic embedded in Collection and Receiving applications will increase the quality of data and speed up the time that takes for data processing.
